Agreement Overview

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User" or "you") and Youmake ("Company," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Youmake platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Youmake is an AI-powered development platform that provides code generation, cloud sandbox environments, deployment services, and third-party integrations to help you build and ship applications.

License and Access

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Youmake platform for:

  • •Building applications using our AI-powered code generation tools
  • •Managing projects within cloud sandbox environments
  • •Deploying applications to custom subdomains via Youmake hosting
  • •Connecting and using third-party integrations (GitHub, Vercel, Notion, Supabase)
  • •Purchasing and using token packs or subscriptions for AI capabilities

Your Account

  • •You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • •You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access
  • •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • •You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform

Acceptable Use

You agree to

  • •Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • •Comply with applicable terms of service for connected third-party platforms
  • •Respect intellectual property rights of all parties
  • •Not attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, or abuse the platform
  • •Not use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content

You may not

  • •Use the platform for any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal activity
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • •Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or services
  • •Use automated tools to excessively consume platform resources
  • •Resell or redistribute platform access without our written consent

Payments and Billing

  • •AI interactions consume tokens based on model usage; token balances are tracked in real time
  • •Subscriptions (Creator, Builder) are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe
  • •Token packs are one-time purchases that do not expire while your account is active
  • •Subscription renewals are automatic; you may cancel at any time from your billing settings
  • •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support@youmake.dev for requests
  • •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
  • •Promotion codes are subject to their specific terms and conditions

Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain all rights to the code and content you create using Youmake. We do not claim ownership over your projects, source code, or generated outputs.

Our platform

The Youmake platform, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Youmake is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the platform. All OAuth tokens and sensitive data are encrypted at rest and in transit.

When you connect third-party services, we access only the permissions you authorize and store credentials securely. You can disconnect integrations at any time from your project settings.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service availability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and scheduled maintenance or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

AI-generated content

AI-generated code and suggestions are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated outputs before use in production environments.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Youmake be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, deployment failures, or third-party service issues.

Termination

  • •You may close your account at any time from your account settings
  • •We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • •Upon termination, your project data and sandbox environments will be deleted
  • •OAuth tokens for connected services will be securely revoked and deleted
  • •Any remaining token balance is forfeited upon account closure

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Youmake after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
